About Dr. Low

Dr. Heather Low’s journey into healing began early while caring for her siblings and animals. Her decade-long dedication to competitive gymnastics sparked a lifelong fascination with human movement, leading her to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. After personally experiencing the transformative power of acupuncture, she knew her true calling.

She went on to earn her Master’s degree at the Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College (AIMC) in Berkeley, followed by her Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz. With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Low has collaborated with UC Berkeley’s Sports Medicine Department and worked alongside esteemed Bay Area practitioners in tui na and herbal medicine.

Known for her gentle touch and nearly painless needling technique, Dr. Low approaches care with finesse, compassion, and deep intuition. She employs acupuncture, cupping, bodywork, moxibustion, and holistic modalities to restore balance across the body, mind, and spirit.
